You know you want to have a retreat, but you aren't sure how to plan? What sort of scheduled program should you have? How do I get people to sign-up? Every customer who books a retreat, camp or conference will receive our Retreat Planner's Guide and helpful tips for marketing materials. Since each camp/conference center is unique - we encourage you to come out for a tour of our facilities at least 6 weeks prior to your event to help you "get a feel" for how your event will run at Berachah. To schedule a tour, first email or call our Guest Host in our Conference & Retreat Office. You can also to take a virtual tour of our facilities & grounds. We help coordinate every aspect of your retreat: housing, meals, meeting rooms, recreation, and can even help you promote your retreat to your church or group.
Contact us about available dates and pricing and our guest hosts will complete and mail you a contract based on your groups needs. Sign and return your contract along with your deposit as soon as possible to hold your dates. No dates are held without a deposit. For your convenience we accept Visa, MC, & Discover credit card for deposits and final payment. Approximately six week prior to your event, our Guest Hosts will call you to discuss your event schedule, meeting room setup, coffee service, recreational activity times and costs, and your group's meal times. Please feel free to call us prior to your six week coordination if you have questions or need assistance. Finalize your plans by calling us two weeks prior to your event with your final numbers, and to discuss any last minute coordination/scheduling issues. Be sure you've faxed or mailed your event schedule to a Guest Hosts! Arrive at Camp Berachah and check-in at our Office for your welcome packet & to make your payment for your stay. Meet your Guest Host and ask them about the advantages of rebooking early for next year! Finally, don't forget to take your evaluation home, complete it, and send it back to us.
