  • Online registrations are subject to space availability and cannot be processed without accompanying credit card information authorizing payment in full. Cancellations are subject to a 10% of total registration cost fee. If a cancellation is requested 48 hours or less before the event, only 1/2 the price of the total amount paid is refundable. 

  • All cancellation must be made in writing either by mail, e-mail or fax at (253) 833-7027.
